Applicants should:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience, 5+ preferred.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of refrigeration service experience.
- Have a high standard of workmanship.
- Possess a strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals.
- Be willing to travel daily throughout the service area.
- Be team oriented.
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrate ownership of responsibilities.
- Have a clean driving record.
